City Council honors 8 Bangladeshis in Michigan, USA-

Seven Bangladeshi organizers have been honored in recognition of their role in community development in the US state of Michigan.

Warren City Council gave them this honor.

They were presented with certificates of honor at the 25th Annual City Commissions Appreciation Night held at the Ukrainian Cultural Center in the city on Tuesday night.

The award was presented by Warren City Mayor James Founts and Council Chair Grain Prattik.

The honorees are: Warren City Board of Review Vice Chairman Faisal Ahmed, Member Aziz Chowdhury, Crime Commissioner Sumon Kabir, Beautification Commissioner Khwaja Sahab Ahmed, Planning Commissioner Mahmuda Maury, Crime Commissioner Nizam Ahmed and Cultural Commissioner Seema Begum.
