Obaidul Quader, general secretary of the Awami League, said that the party should be prepared to participate in the next elections under the leadership of Sheikh Hasina by building the party as a well-organized and smart political party.

Addressing the grassroots leaders of the party, he said, “Do not show power, power will not last forever.”

Obaidul Quader said this while addressing the leaders and workers of Meherpur district Awami League at its triennial conference on Monday.
