Muscat, the capital of Oman, has introduced a new provision of a fine of one thousand Omani riyals for not dumping garbage in the right place. Today, the country’s national media reported, citing the Muscat municipality, that if a person throws dirt on open land, courtyards or valleys inside the Muscat municipality, he will be fined 1,000 Omani riyals.
