On Sunday, the first working day of the week, the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) index ended in a big fall. On this day, along with the index, the share price of most companies and the amount of money traded decreased. This information has been known from DSE sources.
The DSE Shariah Index is down 21 points at 1,361 points and the DSE-30 Index is down 39 points at 2,026 points.
Of the 36 companies and mutual funds traded during the day, 21 rose, 345 declined and 13 remained unchanged.
The amount traded on the DSE was Tk 62.21 crore. Which is 13 crore 33 lakh more than the previous working day. The previous working day transaction was 6 crore 8 lakh taka.
On the other hand, the overall index of Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) CASPI has decreased by 362 points to 16,056 points.
Of the 28 companies that changed hands on the CSE, 18 gained, 237 lost and 22 remained unchanged. 17 crore 03 lakh shares and units were traded at CSE.
