Mirza Fakhrul called for building national unity to get rid of this situation.
He made the remarks at an exchange of views on “Media Control Act, Perspectives on Bangladesh Killing Democracy” at the National Press Club on Sunday (May 22nd).
During the meeting, Fakhrul said that all kinds of oppressive laws and ordinances including the Digital Security Act will be repealed as an obstacle to free media. Today the whole nation is in danger. If we cannot build strong steel unity to save that state and nation, then there is no way out of this.
